We can incorporate more mindfulness and meditation into our daily routine and mental well-being by practicing a few things like silence. Make it a daily habit to spend time in silence. We are so busy that we have no time to still the mind.

And because we don’t have time to still the mind, the mind kills us. The mind bombards us with thoughts. Therefore, what must we do? Spend time in silence, spend time to flush out the junk. And try to be a monk. Try to flip from NEP, negative energy that is poison to PEP, positive energy that is power.

Move from a state of mind to a state of conscious. Move from a state of thought to the state of intellect. There are several things that we must do. If we do all this, and we spend time in consciousness, ultimately, then we can enhance mental well-being.
